Control Room Operator

Responsibilities:

• Documenting and reporting client complaints and equipment status (fail to report, etc) to the customer service team and technical team.
  
• Attend to verified emergency signals and dispatch relevant first responders (police, fire department, and ambulance) to such locations.
  
• Monitoring security patrol activities through use of tracking system and radio communication (every hour) in all zones
  
• Assist customer service staff in retrieving clients’ details from the monitoring computer.
  
• Confirming and documenting Zulus attendance in all the zones. (where applicable)
  
• Enrolling of new subscribers and suspending default subscribers in conjunction with the Customer Service Department and the Technical Department
  
• Monitoring of power source (inverter/PHCN/generator) changeover.
  
• Writing daily reports to the operations department.
  
• Logging daily activities of the control room.
  
• Acting as an intermediary between management and clients on emergency response issues.
  
• Send clients’ complaints to the Customer Service Team/management and follow up to ensure they have been resolved
  
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Diploma (OND) in any field from a reputable tertiary institution
  
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a control room operator or call center agent with proof of employment
  
• Be able to read and write clear English language
  
• Must have excellent knowledge of computer use with Microsoft packages
  
• Candidate shall work 12-hours and 24-hour shift duties.

Location: Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 180,000.00 Monthly
