Job summary
We are a rapidly expanding cosmetics company seeking an experienced and result-driven area/sales manager to lead sales growth and market expansion within Lagos.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, expand, and manage distributor and retail channels within assigned territories
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales representatives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Prepare regular sales performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Implement promotional activities to increase market share
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, distribution, or channel management
- Experience in FMCG or cosmetics industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales team effectively
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 350,000 Monthly
