Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the HR profession.
- Research-driven with excellent analytical skills.
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree.
- 2–5 years post-graduation work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Tech-savvy).
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Digital marketing competence will be an added advantage.
