Responsibilities:
- Works on assigned leads from the Sales Coordinator: responds to WhatsApp/DM/call inquiries, providing valuable information to potential customers; shares vehicle listings, pricing, and shipping timelines.
- Walks customers through the buying process — vehicle selection, published all-in pricing, payment, and handoff to the Shipping/Clearance Coordinator.
- Follows up on quotes and abandoned inquiries on a set cadence.
- Captures customer questions and objections and reports patterns back to the Sales Coordinator.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
