Obstetrician & Gynaecologist

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological consultations and treatment.
• Manage antenatal, delivery, and postnatal care services.
• Conduct normal and Caesarean deliveries safely and effectively.
• Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders and reproductive health conditions.
• Perform gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures as required.
• Monitor high-risk pregnancies and emergency obstetric cases.
• Provide family planning, fertility, and reproductive health counseling.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthetists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in emergency call duty and hospital clinical meetings.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, ethics, and patient safety standards.
• Mentor junior medical staff and support continuous clinical improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Fellowship qualification (FWACS, FMCOG, MRCOG, or equivalent).
• Valid practicing license with MDCN.
• Minimum of 10–15 years relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong surgical and clinical obstetric skills.
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
• Ability to manage emergency and high-pressure situations effectively.
