We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented individual to fill the role of Human Resources Executive at our growing organization. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in all HR operations, playing a key role in implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process: posting job adverts, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, processes, and benefits
- Monitor staff attendance, leave management, and prepare HR-related reports
- Assist in performance appraisal coordination and tracking
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a structured HR department
- Age Range: 24 – 35 years
- Preferably resident in Surulere, Yaba, Bariga, Orile Iganmu e.t.c
