Job Description/Requirements

Solutions Designer:

  • Participates in client interview, site visit, follow-on clarification; needs documentation
  • Ensures customer needs and priorities are adequately captured during Client Consultation and the proposal development
  • Designs solution diagrams (Proficiency in CAD Designs; Proprietary Design Software Designs: Product Designs, Various 2-D & 3-D Designs; Detailed Specifications solutions) in accordance with client requirements and/or internal requirements

Solutions Executor:

  • Oversees implementation of design solutions according to designs and specifications 
  • Ensures execution is effective and efficient, i.e. to specification, within the scheduled timeline, within budget, and within our Company’s quality standards
  • Ensures execution outcomes exceed clients’ expectations

Quality Manager:

  • Contributes to defining quality standards, templates and procedures and aims towards the attainment of excellence 
  • Ensures that designs are implemented accurately and in accordance with the optimum quality standards
  • Identifies Quality Risks and Impediments and mitigates against these


  • Enhances ability to design winning solutions through self-development
  • Acts as content and subject matter expert on design subjects

Client Relationship Manager:

  • Be sensitive to client’s needs at all times during the design and execution of solutions and always aim towards their satisfaction 

People Developer:

  • Support colleagues and subordinates in succeeding

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Second-Class-Upper Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Similar, Relevant Field
  • Minimum of 3 years Post-NYSC Experience
