Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Nigerian dishes (soups, rice, swallows, grills, etc.)
- Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Handle bulk cooking for large numbers (200+ guests)
- Support menu planning and food preparation
- Ensure proper food storage and kitchen hygiene
- Work effectively with the kitchen team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Nigerian cuisine
- Experience in bulk/large-scale cooking is required
- Strong knowledge of local ingredients and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000
