Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production standards.
- Operate and maintain mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely preparation of doughs, batters, and mixes.
- Monitor mixing times and temperatures as required.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BCS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
