Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to set recipes.
- Ensure high quality, consistent texture, presentation, and taste across all product batches.
- Follow precise recipes, portion control, and standard baking procedures.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal product results.
- Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards within the bakery workspace.
- Collaborate with production team members and dough handlers to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
