Responsibilities:
- Assist the cook/chef with basic food preparation (washing, cutting, peeling ingredients)
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Wash dishes and ensure proper storage of kitchen tools
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and hygienic at all times
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies correctly
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Carry out other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a SSCE
