Job summary
An Hotel Chef needed to make a delicacy for the lodgers. Must be able to prepare local dishes, Native Soups, and Continental dishes is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Managing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
- Ensuring food quality and safety, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
- Inspect and account for delivered supplies, check inventory levels, and place orders for new ingredients and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an SSCE
