Job summary
The Fish Griller is responsible for preparing and grilling fish and other seafood items to meet customer expectations while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Clean, season, and prepare fish for grilling
- Grill fish and other seafood using appropriate methods and equipment
- Ensure food is properly cooked and presented attractively
- Maintain the cleanliness of the grilling area and equipment
- Monitor food quality and freshness at all times
- Manage portion sizes and minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with basic kitchen duties when required
- Handle customer orders efficiently and promptly
- Maintain stock of ingredients and report shortages
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Experience in grilling fish or similar food preparation is an advantage
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and taste quality
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Good teamwork and communication skills
