Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals (local and/or continental dishes)
- Plan menus and ensure meals meet quality standards
- Ensure food is properly cooked, presented, and served on time
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils
- Monitor food stock and report shortages
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with kitchen organization and inventory control
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook
- Knowledge of local and/or continental dishes
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
