Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Customer Service Representative in responding to customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email).
  • Help manage and process customer orders accurately.
  • Provide basic information about cake options, prices, and delivery timelines.
  • Follow up with customers on orders and confirmations.
  • Maintain proper records of orders and customer interactions.
  • Ensure timely updates are communicated to customers.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a cake company is an added advantage.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of OND degree in any field


Location: Gbagada.


Remuneration: NGN 80,000
