Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Service Representative in responding to customer inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email).
- Help manage and process customer orders accurately.
- Provide basic information about cake options, prices, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with customers on orders and confirmations.
- Maintain proper records of orders and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely updates are communicated to customers.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a customer service representative in a cake company is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of OND degree in any field
Location: Gbagada.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000
