Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes (Italian, French, Spanish, Mediterranean, etc.).
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation.
- Oversee miseen place preparation before service hours.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen sanitation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure cost control.
- Collaborate with kitchen team to develop new menu items.
- Supervise kitchen assistants where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- SSCE
- 2 years experience
