- Oversee the preparation and presentation of a wide range of local and continental meals, ensuring high standards of taste, quality, and consistency.
- Focus on producing a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts while maintaining creativity and quality in presentation.
- Maintaining proper food hygiene, managing kitchen organization, and ensuring that ingredients and food supplies are properly handled and stored.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Pastry Chef
- Ability to prepare a variety of local and continental dishes
- Strong baking and pastry skills (for the pastry chef role)
- Good hygiene and kitchen management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ready to resume immediately
