Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve meals promptly and correctly
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously
Dining Area Management:
- Ensure tables, chairs, and dining areas are clean and well-arranged
- Clear tables promptly after use
- Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
Order & Cash Handling Support:
- Support accurate billing and payment processes
- Confirm orders before serving to avoid errors
- Report discrepancies or issues to supervisors
Compliance & Conduct:
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and service procedures
- Maintain proper grooming and wear the assigned uniform
- Adhere to instructions from supervisors and management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Customer satisfaction and feedback
- Order accuracy
- Speed and efficiency of service
- Hygiene and service standard compliance
- Punctuality and attendance
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Friendly, polite, and patient
- Detail-oriented and attentive

Location: Abuja (Karu, Mararaba, Asokoro, Nyanya & Environs)
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 Monthly
