Campus Representative

• Represent and promote Ezine Learning within the assigned campus and surrounding educational community.
• Educate students, faculty, staff, and community members about Ezine Learning’s courses, services, features, and benefits.
• Organize and support presentations, demonstrations, workshops, orientation sessions, and awareness campaigns.
• Encourage interested individuals to register and become active Ezine Learning users.
• Guide new users through the registration and onboarding process.
• Provide basic support to users and direct technical or complex concerns to the appropriate Ezine Learning team.
• Build positive relationships with student associations, faculty members, campus leaders, clubs, and other relevant groups.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, events, and promotional activities on campus.
• Gather user feedback and communicate users’ needs, concerns, and suggestions to Ezine Learning.
• Share approved promotional materials through appropriate campus and digital communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of presentations, engagement activities, registrations, and user-support requests.
• Submit regular activity and performance reports to your designated eZine Learning contact.
• Protect the reputation of Ezine Learning by communicating accurate information and acting professionally.

Requirements:

• Current student, recent graduate, educator, or active member of a campus community.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence speaking to individuals and groups.
• Ability to explain digital products in clear and simple language.
• Basic understanding of online learning and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently, meet agreed targets, and submit timely reports.
• Access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, trustworthy, enthusiastic, and community-oriented.
