Job summary
We are looking for a friendly, smart, and customer-focused customer support & store assistant to join our team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, have a positive attitude, and be passionate about delivering excellent service while achieving sales targets.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in-store professionally.
- Recommend suitable bras, shapewear, underwear, and homewear based on customers’ needs.
- Provide excellent customer support before and after sales.
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone enquiries.
- Process sales and maintain accurate records.
- Merchandise products and keep the store neat and well-organized.
- Assist with stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory management.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through outstanding service.
- Support social media and promotional activities when required.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SSCE
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Must reside in or around Ikeja or be able to commute conveniently.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000 Monthly
