As a Ticketing and Visa officer, you will handle flight enquiries, search for the best fares, issue tickets accurately, and support customers with changes or cancellations. Responsibilities:
- Respond to flight enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins
- Search and compare fares using Galileo/Amadeus
- Create reservations and issue tickets
- Advise customers on baggage, routing, and ticket rules
- Process reissues, reschedules, and cancellations
- Ensure accurate passenger details and prevent ticketing errors
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of ticketing experience in a travel agency
- Proficiency in Galileo or Amadeus
- Strong knowledge of airline fare rules
- Good communication and sales skills
- Detail-oriented and organized

- Previous travel agency experience
