Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and inquiries
- Attend to customers professionally and assist with product selection
- Prepare and process sales orders accurately on the system
- Generate invoices and ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions
- Confirm product availability with the warehouse before invoicing
- Maintain proper records of sales transactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up when necessary
- Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or an administrative role
- Experience using computer systems for invoicing or sales (ERP, POS, or similar system is an advantage)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel and basic system use required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be smart, presentable, and professional
- Must reside within or near Alaba International Market
