Job summary
Responsible for client interaction, sales, booking management, and personalised service delivery. You will ensure every touchpoint reflects the company’s premium standards, build strong client relationships, and drive measurable sales results.

Responsibilities:
- Convert walk-ins, calls, messages, and online inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Upsell and cross-sell approved services, packages, memberships, and add-ons.
- Build meaningful client relationships and personalize services.
- Manage confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations accurately.
- Ensure all client interactions reflect luxury brand standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Enforce booking, deposit, and cancellation policies.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in client-facing sales, concierge, or luxury service roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in luxury wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency with booking systems and CRM tools
- B.Sc in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Luxury service and/or sales certifications preferred
Key Performance Indicators:
- Booking conversion rate ≥ 70%
- Upsell/add-on success rate per approved targets
- Client satisfaction ≥ 90%
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Full compliance with SOPs and service standards
