Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations based on client needs, skin type, and preferences
- Recommend appropriate skincare, makeup, and beauty products
- Conduct product demonstrations and application sessions
- Educate clients on proper product usage and beauty routines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, ingredients, and techniques
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage in-house product inventory and report stock needs
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and in-house beauty events
Requirements:
- Proven experience in beauty consulting, cosmetics sales, or a related field
- Certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or makeup artistry (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with strong customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
