Job summary
As a Graduate Trainee in TAT Agency, you will participate in a structured training and development program designed to build a strong foundation in the travel and tourism industry. You will receive hands-on training and practical exposure in one of the company's core business units: Visa Processing, School Services (Study Abroad), or Vacation.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Visa Department:
- Assist clients with visa application processes and documentation.
- Guide applicants on visa requirements and travel regulations.
- Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with immigration guidelines.
School Service Department:
- Support students seeking admission into international institutions.
- Assist with application processing, document preparation, and follow-up.
- Guide study destinations, admission requirements, and related services.
- Coordinate communication between students and partner institutions.
Vacation Department:
- Assist in planning and organizing vacation packages.
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel experiences.
- Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
- Support clients throughout their travel planning journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND from a recognized institution.
- NYSC completed or exempted.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for customer service and the travel industry.
