Front Desk Officer
Job summary
We are looking for a smart, friendly, and organized Front Desk Officer and Sales Representative who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Greet
and assist clients and visitors professionally on behalf of the organization.
- Maintain a logbook for all incoming guests and clients.
- Acts as the point of contact between the managers and visitors.
- Answer
all incoming calls and take messages.
- Collect,
sort, and distribute correspondence.
- Handle customers’ requests and complaints.
- Tracking time and attendance of all staff
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of available properties, pricing, and features.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure excellent client satisfaction
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Must have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite (Ms Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
- Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong time management skill
- Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
