Customer Success & Student Support Coordinator
Job summary
We are seeking a Customer Success & Student Support Coordinator to assist students throughout their learning journey. The ideal candidate will provide portal support, facilitate training sessions, offer product guidance, and assist with basic business setup. This role also supports engagement and follow-up efforts to drive student success.

Responsibilities:
Student Support & Experience:
- Assist students with accessing and navigating course platforms
- Guide tools and resources required for program completion
- Respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support student progress and overall satisfaction
Training & Engagement Support:
- Assist in facilitating virtual training sessions and onboarding calls
- Provide one-on-one support to students when needed
- Help ensure students understand course materials and implementation steps
Product Guidance & Administrative Support:
- Answer questions related to programs and services
- Assist with basic business setup tasks (e.g., funding applications, simple website setup guidance)
- Support follow-ups with prospective and existing students
- Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records
Performance Expectations:
- Maintain high student satisfaction and engagement
- Ensure timely response to student inquiries
- Support student completion and program success
- Contribute to overall team goals and outreach efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, education support, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using online platforms and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools or virtual training platforms is an advantage
- Reliable high-speed internet

- Laptop or desktop with webcam
- Familiarity with Zoom, Google Workspace, and basic CRM systems
