We are hiring a customer care representative who will serve as a primary point of contact between us as a company and our customers by resolving issues and providing information, to ensure a positive customer experience.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Process orders, payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment at all times.

Requirements: 
  • Minimum BSC
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Must be computer literate 

Remuneration:  NGN 120,000 – 150,000

Location: Isolo
