Job summary
Main Service Logistics is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Abuja team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through phone, email or in person.
- Confirm and process customer payments into the company system.
- Issue receipts and ensure billing accuracy.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Provide clear information about the company’s services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide feedback on customer service processes and improvements.
- Assist in supervising junior customer service staff when required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience will be an added advantage.
- Must reside in Utako or the nearby areas in Abuja
