- Tracking and analyzing customer interactions to improve service
- Attend to customers online and offline
- Process Orders
- Handle Social Media(Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, WhatsApp)
- Take Product pictures.
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- No experience needed
- Minimum of an OND
