Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers
  • Responsible for contacting and nudging customers to pick up their goods.
  • Handle after-sales services.
  • Handle customer queries and requests, and guide them with using our services.


Requirement:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
