<p>We are looking for smart, energetic, and sales-driven individuals to join our Outlet Sales/Operations team as Customer Service Officers.</p>

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent service
  • Drive sales and upsell products
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Ensure proper display and presentation of products
  • Support daily outlet operations and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets


Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND)
  • Must have completed NYSC or be exempted
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven with a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Smart, presentable, and proactive
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
