The Customer Service Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring prompt service, accurate order handling, and a welcoming environment. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer interactions professionally in a fast-paced café setting.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to customers in a warm and professional manner
  • Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system

  • Ensure timely service delivery and follow up on customer requests

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area

  • Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to customers

  • Ensure all transactions are properly recorded in line with company policy

  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

  • Uphold the brand’s customer service standards at all times


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Minimum of a BSc.
