- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Process and follow up on orders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide accurate information about skincare products and services.
- Work closely with the sales and logistics team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of skincare products is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
