Customer Care Representative
Job summary
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for managing client and student interactions across Praxis Media productions and Praxis Digital Academy programs. The role ensures excellent customer experience from inquiry to service delivery, enrollment, and post-service follow-up.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, students, and prospects (WhatsApp, phone, email, social media).
- Provide accurate information about academy courses, training schedules, and media services.
- Guide prospective students through registration and payment processes.
- Manage and update customer/student records and CRM logs.
- Coordinate with production and academy teams on bookings, classes, and project timelines.
- Handle complaints, issues, and service feedback professionally.
- Follow up on leads, pending payments, and client requests.
- Send reminders, updates, and official communications to students and clients.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
