Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms.
• Confirm and verify customer orders with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after delivery.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Record customer interactions and feedback, and report recurring issues to management.
• Support sales efforts by upselling or cross-selling related products when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND certificate.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, eCommerce, retail, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (clear speaking voice and confidence).
• Professional appearance, polite attitude, and customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and online order platforms
• Ability to work under pressure, handle objections, and close sales.
• Must own a browsing phone with WhatsApp.
• An educational background in a science or health-related course is an added advantage.
• Age Range: 18–26 years
• Gender: Female preferred
• Applicants should reside within or around Monatan, Iwo Road, Gbagi, Molade, Academy, Dizengoff, Wofun, Olodo, or Iyana-Church.
