Job Title:Customer Care Representative Company: Plaudit Realties and Investment Limit The Customer Care Representative serves as the first point of contact between the company and its clients. The role is responsible for attending to client inquiries, providing accurate information about company products and services.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and walk-in visits.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the company’s estates, properties, and investment packages.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update customer records and client databases.
  • Assist clients with documentation processes and guide them through purchase procedures.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Ensure prompt response to customer messages and inquiries.
  • Maintain professionalism and excellent communication when dealing with clients.
  • Support marketing and sales activities by helping convert inquiries into potential clients.

  • Prompt response to customer inquiries and messages.
  • Effective management of leads and client follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media communication tools.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Compensation Structure:Performance-Based Salary + Commission + Bonuses
