Customer Care Representative
Job summary
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer records and update databases
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional attitude at all times
- Meet customer service targets and performance standards
- Proven experience in customer service or related role (preferred)
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools are an advantage)
- Good listening and time management skills
