Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
  • Assist with policy documentation, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Support clients through the claims process and follow up with insurers.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support internal teams with client-related documentation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc.
  • 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
