- Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requests.
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients.
- Assist with policy documentation, renewals, and endorsements.
- Support clients through the claims process and follow up with insurers.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Work closely with the sales, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support internal teams with client-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
