Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Grilling: Prepare and cook very tasty, top-quality local and continental meals while also handling grilling duties to ensure excellent taste, presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.
- Quality Control & Presentation: Ensure all grilled items are cooked to the correct temperature, well-presented, and meet the hotel’s quality standards.
- Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the cleanliness of the grill station, follow food safety regulations, and ensure proper handling of ingredients.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, minimise waste, and inform the kitchen supervisor of shortages.
- Coordination with the Kitchen Team: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of orders during service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience.
- A minimum of an ssce
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
