Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and materials into the store.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and safekeeping of all bakery materials and supplies.
- Issue materials to relevant departments based on approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests when necessary.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
- Work closely with production and procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
