Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Tutor

• Facilitate remote Business Intelligence training sessions every Saturday.
• Teach core BI concepts, including data analysis, data modeling, and reporting.
• Train learners on data visualization and dashboard development.
• Introduce BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Teach SQL fundamentals for data querying and analysis.
• Guide learners on data cleaning, transformation, and preparation techniques.
• Explain key metrics, KPIs, and how to translate data insights into business decisions.
• Prepare lesson plans, datasets, practical exercises, and real-world case studies.
• Assess learner performance through hands-on projects and assignments.
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and learning support throughout the program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve course content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience working with datasets, dashboards, and business reporting.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain data concepts clearly to beginners and intermediate learners.
• Availability to facilitate 6-hour Saturday sessions for the 8–10 week program.

Duration: 8–10 weeks (Saturdays only)

Working Hours: 6 hours per session (per facilitator)

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 (data allowance inclusive)
