We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead our business development efforts. Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  •  Identify new business opportunities and leads
  • Develop and execute business development strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners


Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Develop and execute sales plans and proposals


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations


Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Communicate business development plans and progress to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors


Deal Closure and Negotiation:

  • Close deals and negotiate contracts
  • Develop and execute deal strategies
  • Manage deal pipeline and forecasting


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field


Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Certifications: Certification in sales or business development (e.g., CSP) preferred
