Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and leads
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Develop and execute sales plans and proposals
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Communicate business development plans and progress to stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
Deal Closure and Negotiation:
- Close deals and negotiate contracts
- Develop and execute deal strategies
- Manage deal pipeline and forecasting
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
Skills:
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Certifications: Certification in sales or business development (e.g., CSP) preferred
