Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues related to reservations and ticketing.
- Utilize computerized reservation systems to process bookings accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with airline and hotel policies.
- Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends to provide customers with relevant information and recommendations.
- Ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients while maximizing sales and revenue for the travel agency.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Business Admin or related field
- 2+ years experience in related work experience
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- IATA Certification is a big plus
