Job Summary
We are hiring a Student Recruitment and Customer Support Officer for our Lagos office in Ikeja. The role involves guiding students who are interested in studying abroad, answering questions with clarity, and providing a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate should speak and write English well, communicate with confidence, and handle people with patience and professionalism. Candidates must live close to Ikeja and be ready to work on site.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to student inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and walk ins.
- Explain study abroad programs in simple and clear terms.
- Follow up with leads and document all conversations in our CRM.
- Support students through the application and onboarding process.
- Provide daily updates on calls, follow ups and student progress.
- Work with other team members to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills and confidence when talking to people.
- Friendly personality with good customer service experience.
- Must live in or close to Ikeja and be able to resume on site.
- Smart, organized and able to multitask.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
