Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or social platforms.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, quality scores, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and share feedback with leadership.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic office applications.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000
