Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Assist customers with account registration and service bookings
  • Handle complaints and resolve customer issues quickly
  • Provide information about pricing, delivery timelines, and company policies
  • Track orders and update customers about shipment or delivery status
  • Record customer complaints and feedback
  • Work with the operations team to solve delivery or logistics problems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Send requests for google reviews
  • Update status on all platforms as directed


Requirements:

  • Minimum BSC
  • 1 years of previous experience in a similar role
