Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Assist customers with account registration and service bookings
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues quickly
- Provide information about pricing, delivery timelines, and company policies
- Track orders and update customers about shipment or delivery status
- Record customer complaints and feedback
- Work with the operations team to solve delivery or logistics problems
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
- Send requests for google reviews
- Update status on all platforms as directed
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 1 years of previous experience in a similar role
