The role ensures customer satisfaction by providing accurate information about the company’s products and services, resolving issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Respond to inquiries promptly, providing accurate information on products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process orders, applications, returns, and requests accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the database/CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Provide feedback from customers to management to improve products, services, and processes.
- Support the sales and technical teams in delivering quality service.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores).
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any related field
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
