Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Provide clear and helpful information about company products or services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns efficiently and courteously.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been fully resolved.
- Support the team in maintaining high customer service standards.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 Net
Work Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
