Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Female Customer Support Officer who will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain smooth communication between vendors, clients, and the operations team. The ideal candidate must have completed NYSC and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer/vendor inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Provide accurate information on services and processes.
- Resolve complaints promptly and escalate technical issues where necessary.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow up on pending cases.
- Assist the operations team with coordination and communication.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and pending issues.
Requirements:
- Must be female (this position is strictly for women).
- Must have completed NYSC (NYSC certificate required).
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving ability and good phone etiquette.
- Must reside in or close to Amuwo-Odofin or nearby areas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proximity to the office is an added advantage.
